Yes – two Cats can comfortably fit into the cage. Should there be more than 2 Cats in the family we can open the divider on the side of the cage and provide additional space to create sleeping or eating quarters.
Should we feel your Cat is unwell at anytime during their stay – we will not hesitate to contact you. If deem necessary for your Cat to seek Veterinary attention – every effort will be made to contact, you and advise accordingly. If we are unable to contact, you – we will seek Veterinary attention as we see fit. You the Owner will be liable for the Medical Expenses incurred.
Yes – an up-to-date Vaccination Card is required and needs to be brought with you on Check-in.
Failure to provide a proof of vaccination will mean your Cat will NOT be able to be accommodated with us.
Sick or unwell Cats cannot Stay at our Cattery.
Yes – as soon as your Cat has settled into their cage environment – we will open the gate and encourage them to roam freely.
The outdoor enclosure is a perfect place for them to roam and spend their days.
Yes – we do offer discounted rates for more than 10 days stay – this rate will be discussed with you.
Yes – we encourage you to come view our wonderful facility. We promise that you will be impressed! While you are welcome to inspect anytime during business hours – we recommend a time for viewing by appointment so that we can give you the time you deserve to show you around.
Yes – we can provide a pick-up and drop-off service from your home (within a 15km radius to the Cattery). The charge for this service will be R350-00.
You are most welcome to bring your own Cats blanket & personal items along with them – we encourage you to mark these items clearly and will do our utmost to ensure they return home.
We do provide special dietary needs foods. Please inform us of the food you feed, and we will ensure we have it for your Cats stay.
Day of Check-in and Day of Departure are all days which are charged for.
Our working times need to be respected – any after or before working hours will be charged for accordingly.
Our Guests bowls never run empty – we top up during the day and feed fresh shredded chicken breast in the evenings.
Absolutely! We will keep you updated and send you photos of your Kitties holiday.
There will always be someone on the property to oversee the Cattery – our Staff love Cats – Pippa’s Place Cattery is managed carefully ensuring that each Cat receives Individual Care and Attention each day. Our Guests need to Remain Stress-Free, Comfortable and Relaxed.
